2nd Annual CTS Computrainer Races

For the 2nd winter, Carmichael Training Systems is having Computrainer races. The first race of the series is Friday January 21st.

Movie Night at Carmichael Training Systems

Carmichael Training Systems has been having movie night on Wednesdays this month. Their address is 600 South 21st Street.
Movies start at 5:45pm so get there early to grab a “seat”. Take your bike and work out, or just relax and enjoy the show. The event is open to non-members so take friends!
